Sortlio sells digital products only. No physical products will be shipped or delivered.

Digital Delivery

All products purchased from Sortlio are digital downloads.

After successful payment, customers will receive access to their purchased digital product electronically. Digital products are normally available for download immediately after the order has been successfully completed.

Please ensure that the email address provided during checkout is correct, as information relating to your order and digital purchase may be sent to this email address.

No Physical Shipping

As our products are entirely digital:

• No physical item will be posted to you.
• There are no shipping or postage charges.
• You do not need to wait for a courier or postal delivery.
